This has been a very long overdue review for Thai 2 U... I have followed this truck in different locations for about a year now, I love Ivori's food so much that I will drive the extra mile to enjoy the meals!
*TIP* if you are in a hurry text the number on the page with your order
I am a big fan of soups and Ivori introduced me to Tom Yum Kha Gai! By far my favorite order! I usually get a level 2 spice and it's perfect for me.
Please try her breakfast menu my favorite is the scramble. I have pre-ordered this so I can enjoy it at work when I can't get to the truck.
I also catered her food to my wedding reception and it was gone before the BBQ! We ordered papaya salad and chicken larb rolls. YUM!
Without making this review too long, I have tried almost everything on the menu and I have yet to find something I don't like.
Ivori has a passion for delivering fresh, nutritious and delicious food. And she does it with excellence! If you have food allergies or sensitivities let her know, she is very accommodating. -

My boyfriend told me about this truck after he had breakfast there two mornings in a row and lunch and then took me there for dinner. The food is amazing and plentiful. Ms. Ivori is one of the most lovely people in the business. She will let you sample whatever you like before you order. The passion she has for her craft shows!
We were there on a Friday and had the Thai basil and chicken rice rolls and tacos with ground beef and glass noodles. The rice rolls came with a sweet chili dipping sauce that had a bit of heat to it. And the tacos had a chipotle sauce(?) that was equally as good. The presentation of both dishes were just as fabulous as the food itself.
What a South Austin gem! This is going to be a new regular place for us. -

So it has been a few years since I have been to my favorite Thai food place. They moved to south Austin, and I still live in north San Antonio. I was in Austin, visiting family, and decided to stop by on my way home. So glad that I did! It's just as good as I remembered!!
I am ruined for lesser Thai food.... which is pretty much every other Thai restaurant. No kidding. I have paid twice as much for lesser flavor & quality. There is just no beating Thai 2 U. Yeah, I know it is called Thaiful Rolls now... but in my heart it will always be Thai 2 U. You never forget your first kiss, and I will never forget my first visit to this culinary art on wheels!
I was on my way home, so I had to load up. If I came home with a story about Thai 2 U, but no food for the family... I would have been locked out!
So I got Pad Woon Sen, Pad See Ew, Lemongrass Noodles, and Green Curry w/ rice. Everyone loved it, from my 2 year old to my 14 year old. For me, Pad Woon Sen is my favorite but Lemongrass Noodles were a very close 2nd place. For my wife it is all about that Green Curry, but she also enjoyed the Lemongrass Noodles. My kids devoured the Pad See Ew, and stole some of my Pad Woon Sen as well.
My biggest regret is that I didn't get some of that delicious Thai Rice too. Pineapple Rice is a great treat, especially as the weather gets warmer.
Basically, I have NEVER tried something on the menu and regretted it. It is just a matter of trying something new, and finding a new favorite. It truly is culinary art. My favorite thing to do is just close my eyes and inhale the aroma for a few seconds before each bite.... magic!
If it is worth the drive from San Antonio, it is worth the drive across town. -

Thai 2 You is a fun way to experience Thai food in a different form. The Thai burritos are huge and easy to share. You can also get anything in a normal non burrito form if you're not feeling eating the goodness fried. The sauces that come with the dishes are very flavorful. The woman who makes all the food is also very personable and kind. She also takes phone orders which is amazing because many food trucks do not. Not saying it's my favorite Thai place in Austin but it's definitely a twist and something to try.

Long overdue review. This place is fantastic with the best Thai Food in Austin. Hands down. The rolls make for a terrific experience and the food is always prepared fresh and is very filling. I have yet to have a bad meal. Pad Thai, Red Curry, Green Curry. Everything has been fantastic.
The owner, Ivori, is wonderful and always personable. Whatever part of Austin you live in, you will not regret the trip.
